This Privacy Policy explains the policies and procedures of PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia (“HMID”, “We”, or “Our”) in collecting, using and disclosing your information when you use Hyundai Application/Website/Platform and informs you that we maintain your privacy very seriously and will process your personal data only in accordance with applicable Data Protection and Privacy Laws.

Our Application/Platform is a software program developed by us that you have downloaded on your electronic device (Bluelink or myHyundai Indonesia or Click to Buy) or your new experience using our products via Website.

Our goal is to provide you with an internet experience that provides the information, resources, and services that are most relevant and useful to you. To achieve this goal, we may collect information during your visit to understand what differentiates you from each of our millions of other users.

LEGAL BASIS

The processing of your personal data is required for the fulfilment of our contract with you regarding the Account to enable you an optimized customer experience via a shared login to your connected Applications, and based on the Law and regulation as follows:
• Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 11 of 2008 on Informatics and Electronic Transactions; and
• Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 19 of 2016 on the Amendment of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 11 of 2008 on Informatics and Electronic Transactions; and
• Regulation of Minister of Communication and Informatics Republic of Indonesia No. 5 of 2020 on Private Scope Electronic System Operator; and
• Regulation of Minister of Communication and Informatics Republic of Indonesia No. 10 of 2021 on Amendment to Regulation of the Minister Communication and Informatics Republic of Indonesia No. 5 of 2020 on Private Scope Electronic System Operator; and
• Regulation of Minister of Communication and Informatics Republic of Indonesia No. 20 of 2016 on Protection of Personal Data in Electronic System; and
• Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection; and
• Other relevant regulations.

COLLECTING AND USING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED

PERSONAL DATA

HMID may collect or require you to provide certain personally identifiable information that can contact or identify you when you select Products, Services, Promotions, Offers, etc. available on this Application/ Website. Personal Data that can be identified and processed may include, but is not limited to:

PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The privacy and protection of your personally identifiable information is very important to us. All accumulated personal data will be obtained, processed and used in accordance with applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data for the sole purpose of managing and defending HMID's own legitimate business interests. RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Some of the recipients of you personal data will be located in Japan, South Korea, and Hyundai’s affiliates and/or business partners located within the country and/or overseas for developing Hyundai businesses and services, managing relationship with customer, providing services regarding sales, managing website and systems and applications, and comply with regulatory obligations where the data protection laws may provide a different level of protection compared to the laws in your jurisdiction and with regard to which an adequacy decision by ASEAN an Commission does not exist. Once data is transferred abroad we will inform you separately as far as necessary under applicable laws.
