New Car Replacement Guarantee

Guaranteed for the replacement of a new vehicle with the same model, type, and color if Hyundai The all-new KONA Electric, IONIQ 5, IONIQ 6, STARGAZER, STARGAZER X, or CRETA is involved in a traffic accident resulting in damage with a total cost of at least 50% of the vehicle's value.

Mechanism:


  • Valid for sales (Retail Sales) of Hyundai The all-new KONA Electric, IONIQ 5, IONIQ 6, STARGAZER, STARGAZER X, or CRETA.

  • This warranty is valid for 1 year after the vehicle handover date.

  • This guarantee applies if the customer's Hyundai The all-new KONA Electric, IONIQ 5, IONIQ 6, STARGAZER, STARGAZER X, or CRETA.

  • Hyundai Motor Indonesia will withdraw the car and replace the damaged vehicle with a unit of the same type and color.

  • If a customer has private vehicle insurance and chooses to make a claim (Total Loss) using personal vehicle insurance, then the customer is entitled to an allowance of Rp. 25,000,000 for STARGAZER/STARGAZER 30,000,000 for CRETA, The all-new KONA Electric, IONIQ 5, IONIQ 6 from Hyundai Motor Indonesia for each approved claim.

  • If the customer who meets the requirements for this warranty claim is still under contract with a financing company (leasing), the customer will still be obliged to pay the car installments according to the contract, and the Dealer is obliged to assist in processing the application for a fiduciary replacement guarantee in the form of a BPKB for the old unit with a new unit at the related leasing partner.

  • If there are costs incurred in activities related to the claim process of the New Car Replacement Guarantee program such as Towing and the like, then the Customer is entitled to a maximum replacement of Rp. 2,500,000 (two million five hundred thousand rupiah) per vehicle by submitting documentation and cost details.

  • The warranty claim submission process can be done by:

    • The customer must report to the Hyundai Call Center within a maximum of 7 (seven) days after the accident.

    • The customer must attach a traffic accident report from the police station.


  • The customer will not be charged for the replacement of this new unit, except for the costs incurred for:

    • BPKB warranty replacement admin fee from leasing.

    • Temporary license plate (STCK) fee at customer's request.

    • Special police number plate fee at customer's request.


  • The vehicle conditions that must be met in this program claim are:

    • Never been sold to another party.

    • Vehicles used for rental purposes (except for sales in the province of Bali).

    • Using genuine Hyundai spareparts.
