Terms and Conditions

1. Applicable for the purchase of Hyundai STARGAZER, STARGAZER X, or CRETA.


2. Not applicable for purchases under the names of Demo Cars, Courtesy Cars, or purchases with Fleet schemes.


3. Jamin Jual Kembali is a free program (no charge) for the period between the 25th and 36th month (3rd year) of ownership.


4. This program guarantees the buyback of the vehicle at 70% of the purchase price if the customer trades it in for any Hyundai car at an official Hyundai dealership within the 3rd year of ownership (from the 25th to the 36th month after the vehicle’s delivery date or the date the BSTK is signed), based on the original purchase price listed on the original receipt, with consideration for current market prices of used cars.


5. To claim the Hyundai Guaranteed Buyback Program, the following documents must be submitted:




• Copy of the vehicle’s BPKB (Vehicle Registration Book)


• Copy of the STNK (Vehicle Registration Certificate)


• Copy of the Vehicle Invoice


• Copy of the Vehicle Purchase Invoice (including any subsidies provided)


• Copy of the Service Book and Owner’s Manual


• Copy of the ID card (KTP)


• Copy of the Insurance Policy


• Copy of the Statement of Loan Settlement from the Finance Company (if financed) or a Statement of Remaining Balance (if the loan is not fully paid)


• 3 copies of the receipt


• Declaration Letter and Power of Attorney


• Spare Key, Wheel Key, and Car Jack




6. The validity of the STNK must be at least 3 months before the vehicle inspection/check-up date.


7. This program is valid for customers whose identity matches the information on the STNK at the time of vehicle purchase.


8. The name listed on the vehicle's STNK must not be involved in any legal cases, and the vehicle must not be under legal seizure for any reason.


9. Vehicles that pass Jamin Jual Kembali must be processed through HSM or an authorized used car showroom partner designated by HSM.


10. Vehicle Condition Requirements:




• Maximum period is 3 years, or a maximum of 60,000 km (whichever comes first).


• The vehicle must not have been sold to any other party.


• The vehicle must have undergone regular maintenance according to the service book at an official Hyundai workshop, using genuine Hyundai parts.


• The vehicle must not have been involved in an accident that caused damage to the chassis or engine.


• The vehicle must be covered by active vehicle insurance (All Risk).


• No modifications or use of non-original Hyundai parts.


• The vehicle must not have been damaged due to the installation of accessories or additional equipment not specified by the manufacturer.


• The vehicle must not have been used for racing or any competition that alters its technical specifications or functions from the manufacturer’s standards.


• The vehicle must not have suffered damage from natural disasters, flooding, fire, or other similar events.


• Vehicle Condition:




1. Exterior: The vehicle body must not have dents and/or scratches. Lights and glass must be intact, with no cracks or breaks.


2. Interior: The condition must be standard, with no tears, scratches, or stains that cannot be removed.
