Customer Protection Program

The guarantee for reimbursement of hospital treatment costs is a maximum of 100 million per person for drivers and passengers in the event of a traffic accident. This guarantee is valid for up to 1 year after the vehicle is received.

Terms:


  • Applies to the sale (Retail Sales) of any Hyundai model.

  • This warranty is valid for 1 year after the vehicle delivery date.

  • The maximum claimable amount for medical costs is the invoice total or up to IDR 100,000,000 per person, with a maximum of 11 covered persons.

  • This warranty can only be claimed once for each insured unit.

  • Customers are required to report to the Hyundai Call Center within a maximum of 30 days after the accident.

  • Types of medical actions covered by this program include:

    • Inpatient treatment costs (excluding food).

    • Doctor's examination fees, X-Ray examinations, or surgeries at the hospital.

    • Ambulance costs from the accident location to the hospital or inter-hospital ambulance if the patient needs specialized treatment at another hospital upon doctor's recommendation.


  • The claim submission must include:

    • Traffic accident certificate from the police.

    • Original invoice from the hospital handling the driver and passengers.

    • Diagnosis by the hospital doctor handling the driver and passengers.


  • Factors that may invalidate the warranty under this program include:

    • The vehicle has been sold to another party.

    • Vehicles used for rental purposes.

    • Accidents caused by the driver violating the rules.


  • Hyundai Motors Indonesia has the right to refuse to submit a claim for this guarantee program if it does not comply with the regulated provisions.
