Hyundai EV Charging Network

To improve the level of satisfaction and quality of service, several things will be implemented regarding the Hyundai EV Charging Service.
1. Starting August 2024, Hyundai will introduce an electricity charging scheme for charging at Hyundai EV Charging Stations and is limited to car with Hyundai brands and their affiliates. This is in accordance with the Presidential Regulation on "Private Electricity Installation (ILP)".
2. Details can be found on the notice board at the nearest Hyundai EV Charging Station.
3. For new Hyundai EV buyers from the Prebook period for the All New Kona Electric and GIIAS 2024 for other models, there will be an EV Charging Service Program that can be accessed for FREE through the myHyundai app. You will be notified via Hyundai's official Whatsapp channel for activation and usage.
4. Hyundai will gradually open access to CPO Partner EV Charging Stations for Hyundai EV customers. For availability and usage information, please access through myHyundai app.

What is the EV Charging Service at Hyundai EV Charging Network?

This is a service provided by Hyundai, which allows customers to charge their EV at the Hyundai EV Charging Network in Indonesia.

Tariffs/fees may be applied differently depending on the EV Charging Station.



What is the coverage of Hyundai EV Charging Network?

Scope of Hyundai EV Charging Network,
1. Hyundai EV Charging Station - manage by Hyundai
2. CPO Partner EV Charging Station - manage by CPO Partner in collaboration with Hyundai and accessible through myHyundai application.



Which CPO Partner have collaborated with Hyundai?

1. Buzz, Casion, Daya Green, Starvo, Utomo Charge+ dan Voltron.
2. Charging Station availability can be accessed through myHyundai application.



How much is the tariff to charge EV in Hyundai EV Charging Network?

At Hyundai EV Charging Station, there will be several price components :
1. Electricity fee
2. Service fee

- You may see the details on myHyundai App after scan / open the EV Charging Station details.


At CPO Partner EV Charging Station, there will be several price components :
1. Electricity fee
2. Service fee
3. Other fee that may implemented based on Partner regulation

What are the available payment methods?

1. Public Charging quota, and/or
2. EV Token

Notes,
- Public Charging quota can only be obtained through EV Charging Service Program.
- Users can top up EV Token via myHyundai app through available payment options such as Virtual Account, e-wallet, etc.
- The top up service is provided by a third-party.
- EV Token can be used to pay for electricity fees, service fees, and other fees regulated by CPO Partner.



Can Non Hyundai EV owner use Hyundai EV Charging Network?

Based on the direction of Ministry of ESDM (DJK), currently Hyundai unable to provide the services for Non Hyundai EV owner.



What is EV Charging Service Program?

Services provided by Hyundai, which allow Users to get benefits related to EV Charging Experience; Home Charging, Public Charging and Mobile Charging Service (emergency).

Claim and access program benefits through myHyundai App.



How to join the Program?

1. This program applies to new buyers of Hyundai EV for selected models.
2. For The all New Kona Electric from Prebook purchase.
3. For other models (IONIQ 6, IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 5 N) from purchase at GIIAS 2024.



What is the benefit of EV Charging Service Program?

The all-new KONA Electric

Home Charging Benefit
- EV Home Charger Device and Installation.
- Purchase period Prebook: Rp 5.000.000 (PLN Prepaid Token or e-wallet).

Public Charging Benefit
- Quota 50 kWh per month for 1 (one) year.
- Claimed and used through myHyundai App and EV Charging Card as alternative access.

Mobile Charging Service (emergency)
- Please refer to Terms and Conditions.


Other models (IONIQ 6, IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 5 N)

Home Charging Benefit
- EV Home Charger Device and Installation.

Public Charging Benefit
- Quota 50kWh per month for 1 (one) year.
- Claimed and used through myHyundai App and EV Charging Card as alternative access.

How to claim and use the Program?

1. Install, register and login to myHyundai application.
2. Then, register and validate your VIN through “Add Hyundai Car” menu.
3. If you have been verified as an authorized user, then view the available products and claim through :
a. Click “EV Charger” menu.
b. Click “Promotion” menu.
c. Click “Available Products” menu and claimed there.
4. Once registered, You can start charging via myHyundai application or EV Charging Card.
