Terms and Conditions for Hyundai's Roda Keberuntungan Program

General Terms and Condition

By participating this Program, Participant are willing, understand and agree that Participants must to pay attention to the following points:


  • Participants will provide some required personal data to the Organizer.

  • Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the Organizer.

  • Personal data is only used by the Organizer for this Program.

  • The Organizer at any time has the right to verify and validate the personal data to all Participants by phone call or email.

  • The Prize on this Program is 1 (one) Unit Hyundai IONIQ 6 Signature.

  • Prize tax of 25% are borne by PT. Hyundai Motor Indonesia (“HMID”).

  • Participant only has 1 (one) chance to win. Participant who won in the previous period, cannot become winner in the next period.

  • Winner announcement schedule may change at any time without need sprior notice.

  • Winners will be asked to provide proof of payment, proof of identity in the form of Identity Card (“KTP”) / Driving License (“SIM A”) / Family Card / Passport of the Republic of Indonesia which is still valid and in accordance with the data at the time of registration / ordering (“SPK”) / purchase (“Faktur”) and proof of winner announcement. HMID has the right to cancel the drawing results, if the Winner does not provide the documents mentioned above.

  • HMID has the right to discontinue, revise, or suspend this program (including Participant registration methods and winner selection criteria) at any time in a whole or in a part, at any time with or without notice, for any reason and Participants hereby release HMID from any claims regarding this matter.

  • The results on the winner of this Program are absolute and cannot be contested.

  • If Participants and/or third parties are suspected of committing fraud and/or fraud in any form, then HMID has the right to hold accountable persons believed to be responsible for and/or related to such activities.

  • The winner may not transfer the ownership to another person/entity for the unit obtained through this Program to other people/entities for at least the next 6 (six) months after the a gift received .

  • All disputes related to the competition will be resolved amicably.

  • This Program is free of charge. HMID not responsible for all the scam in the name of this Program.

  • The Organizer never asked for any PIN and/or Password for Participant verification.

  • HMID has the right to cancel the prize if the winner does not meet the applicable conditions.

  • By participating in this program, the Participant is deemed to know and agree to all applicable terms, conditions and rules.



Participant Criteria


  • Hyundai Raffle Program (“Program”) is open to all Customers who have made an order (SPK) for all Hyundai vehicle models/types.

  • This program does not apply to employees of HMID, his/her family, parties affiliated with HMID and the parties involved in organizing this Program.

  • This program does not apply to orders or purchases on behalf of business entities, organizations, institutions or other legal entities.



Program Period


  • This Program (“Program”) is held at all Hyundai Indonesia dealer branches.

  • This Program is valid for purchases of all units and types of vehicles during January to December 2024.

  • This Program will be divided into 9 (nine) periods, as follows:

    Periode 1: Purchase in January 1 – April 30, 2024.
    Periode 2: Purchase in January 1 – May 31, 2024.
    Periode 3: Purchase in January 1 – June 30, 2024.
    Periode 4: Purchase in January 1 – July 31, 2024.
    Periode 5: Purchase in January 1 – August 31, 2024.
    Periode 6: Purchase in January 1 – September 30, 2024.
    Periode 7: Purchase in January 1 – October 31, 2024.
    Periode 8: Purchase in January 1 – November 30, 2024.
    Periode 9: Purchase in January 1 – December 31, 2024.

  • Winners will be announced 7 (seven) days after the draw was held.

  • Program period may change at any time. Keep up with the latest information by following the @hyundaimotorindonesia Instagram account.

  • The deadline for registration is at the end of each month period, as follows:

    Periode 1: April 30, 2024.
    Periode 2: May 31, 2024.
    Periode 3: June 30, 2024.
    Periode 4: July 31, 2024.
    Periode 5: August 31, 2024.
    Periode 6: September 30, 2024.
    Periode 7: October 31, 2024.
    Periode 8: November 30, 2024.
    Periode 9: December 31, 2024.



Program Mechanism


  • Visit a nearby dealer and make a purchase of Hyundai vehicles to register as participants to be drawn.

  • Participants were required to provide several personal data such as mobile phone numbers and email addresses to receive notification that they had registered as participants to be drawn.

  • Customers who successfully win prizes from this Program will be contacted by HMID or Dealer for further notice.

  • Participants will be disqualified if they do not follow the mechanism in the applicable terms and conditions.
