The main advantage is peace of mind, as customers don't need to worry about treatment costs caused by accidents. Hyundai covers medical costs including hospital inpatient care (excluding meals), doctor consultations, x-rays, surgeries in hospitals, and ambulance services from the accident location to the hospital.


Loan Repayment Guarantee*


Loan Repayment Guarantee   ensures that remaining loan payments on Hyundai vehicles will be covered in the event of a traffic accident resulting in permanent physical disability that prevents the owner from earning an income, or in case of death. Permanent disabilities include loss of vision, loss of both hands or feet, or any condition that renders one unable to work.


New Car Replacement Guarantee*


New Car Replacement Guarantee   offers a brand-new unit replacement of the same model, type, and color if a traffic accident results in damage with a total cost of at least 50% of the car's value. An additional benefit includes reimbursement for towing and related costs up to IDR 2,500,000, with the submission of documentation and cost details.


Tire Replacement Guarantee*


Tire Replacement Guarantee*   covers tire damage such as tears or blowouts caused by traffic accidents, making them unfit for use. This guarantee is valid for up to 4 original tires fitted at the time of vehicle delivery. Tire replacement can be claimed from 0 to 365 days after the vehicle handover date at 100% of the cost.


Buyback Guarantee*


Buyback Guarantee   ensures a 70% resale value of the vehicle's purchase price if customers trade-in their car for a new Hyundai. Certain terms and conditions apply, including the requirement that the car be well-maintained and meet Hyundai's specified standards. Validation and checks will be carried out by HSM or an appointed partner used car showroom.

24-Hour Genuine Parts


24-Hour Genuine Parts   ensures the availability of genuine Hyundai spare parts 24 hours a day through official Hyundai dealers. The benefit is ensuring that your vehicle always uses genuine parts that meet Hyundai standards, maintaining performance and safety.


Mobile Service

Mobile Charging Service
