1. The Contest shall run from 05th September 2024 to October 30th 2024 (herein after referred as "Contest Period").

2. The eligibility criteria for being a part of the contest shall be as under:
i. An Indian citizen residing in India; aged 18 years and above holding a valid driver’s license and legally eligible to enter into a contract.
ii.Any person fulfilling the criteria mentioned in point (i) registering for the contest on the official website of Hyundai and completing a test drive of any Hyundai Car of any model and/or variant during the Contest Period.
iii.Any person fulfilling the criteria mentioned in point (i) completing a test drive of any Hyundai Car of any model and/or variant from an authorized dealer of Hyundai during Contest Period.

3. This contest is applicable to an Indian Citizen residing only within the Territory of India.

4. Shortlisting and selection of the participants will be the sole discretion of HMIL which shall be final and binding. HMIL shall randomly shortlist a total of 10 participants from the pool of participants that have completed the test drive of any Hyundai Car at any location in India. No correspondence, clarification, explanation in this regard will be entertained by HMIL.

5. In case the name of any participant is missed or not available in the data, no claim whatsoever shall be entertained by HMIL from such participant and/or any person/party through and/or under him/her.

6. The 10 shortlisted participants will be informed by the respective dealerships from whom test drives were booked and completed.

7. The 10 shortlisted participants will get a chance to be invited as an audience to the sets of Kaun Banega Croreprati(“KBC”) held at Mumbai and/or any otherplace as may be decided in the sole discretion of SONY TV and ask a Desh ka Sawaal.

8. Information about the contest is available on the Contest page on www.hyundai.com/in (“Website” or “Contest Page”). HMIL shall not be responsible for information presented / displayed on any other source other than the Contest page on the official website of Hyundai. HMIL will not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, etc. suffered by any participant due to participation in the contest or for the information from any other source.

9. In the event if the shortlisted participant fails to approach / contact HMIL through email @shubhankar.singhvi@hmil.net, to provide confirmation and required documents to visit the KBC finale within 3 days from the intimation thereof, his/her opportunity to be invited to the KBC finale will stand forfeited and HMIL may select another participant in his/her place again on a random mode of selection.

10. This Contest is open for the participation of individuals only. Corporate, Agencies,employees of HMIL, Authorised dealers and their employees and/or any other business associates and their immediate family members are not entitled to participate in this Contest.

11. The travel, boarding and lodging cost of the 10 shortlisted participants for visiting sets of KBC show held at Mumbai will be borne by HMIL as per the standards set by it in its sole discretion. The 10 shortlisted participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the third party providing travel, boarding and lodging facility and HMIL shall not be responsible and/or liable for any omissions and commissions by such third parties and the same shall stand as a separate and distinct understanding between the individual participant and such third party.

12. There is no entry fee or participation fee payable by the Participant(s) for participating in this Contest. HMIL will not accept any form of payment from any of the Participant(s) interested in partaking in the Contest.

13. Only the participant duly enrolling for and completing a test drive shall be eligible to participate in the contest and such eligibility shall not be inter-changeable with any family member whether immediate or otherwise, friend, close associates of such participant.

14. HMIL reserves all the right to use the photo, name and such other details of the shortlisted participants, as it deems fit, for the purposes of advertisements by various modes to promote any of its product and brand without payment of any consideration whatsoever.

15. Inability of the shortlisted participant(s) to visit the sets of KBC show held at Mumbai for whatever reason shall be construed as self-withdrawal from the contest by participant / winner without any liability of HMIL and in which case, such participant would be replaced by another participant based on random selection criteria.

16. The contest shall be subject to the laws of India and force majeure situation.

17. HMIL has sole discretion for the interpretation and enforcement of these terms, including but not limited to selection & disqualification of participant(s).

18. Barring the expenses as mentioned above, HMIL will not be liable for any loss, claim, damages, expenses whether expressed, implied, real, consequential incurred by the shortlisted participants due to participation in the Contest.

19. Each shortlisted participant shall submit the following document to qualify for the KBC visit::
i. Aadhar Card
ii. Driving License
iii. Pan Card
iv. Passport

20. HMIL reserves the right to modify, add or delete any of the terms and conditions or participation mechanics of the Contest at any point of time at its sole discretion without serving any prior intimation to the Participants. Intimation of any change, modification, addition, deletion in the Terms and Conditions of the Contest will be served to the participation by posting the revised terms and condition of the Contest on www.hyundai.com/in/en/hyundai-story/kaun-banega-crorepati/disclaimer.

21. HMIL is not responsible for Participant not being able to understand the Contest mechanics or for his misinterpretation of the same.

22. Any disputes with respect to the Contest shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.

23. The Participant shall indemnify HMIL against any claims from any party and consequent losses, damages, compensation, whatsoever that may arise due to his participation in the contest or breaching any term as stated herein.

24. HMIL shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, epidemic, terrorist attack, political unrest, riots, civil commotion inevitable accidents, acts of God, cancellation of KBC or channel / show restrict entry of the participants for any reason or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.

25. HMIL shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, claim, dispute, etc. if it has to discontinue or cancel this Contest at any stage due to any restriction, law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control. The Participant(s) shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation through website.

26. The Contest will not be applicable in the State(s) within the Territory of India where conducting such contest is prohibited by law.

27. By participating in the contest, the participant accepts all the terms and conditions as mentioned herein above.
