    that drive India

    2025

A drive through India is a journey through a land where life is an unending celebration. Big and small, rooted in culture or created in the moment, every corner here offers its own flavour of festivities, rituals, and customs. For almost three decades, Hyundai has been part of this journey. Often, taking people to where celebrations are. At times, even shaping them. This year, join us as we travel through a few of the many moments of celebrations that unite our great country, India.

Dances are an integral part of festivities. But some are themselves a celebration. Like Bharatnatyam, the exquisitely beautiful and expressive dance form from the land which is Hyundai’s home. Every single movement of Bharatnatyam is a celebration of India’s rich heritage, and every car that rolls out of our factory is a celebration of the journeys through it.

Dhabas along highways are more than just stopovers on long journeys; they often become destinations in themselves. The larger-than-life figures and towering lassi glasses in the painting symbolise how these dhabas are not merely places to eat, but vibrant hubs where people come together to create lasting togetherness.

July

The first rains after a long, hot summer bring relief to everyone. But to the children, they are like a friend calling them out to play. To see them splashing in the puddles and dancing in the rain can turn this moment into a celebration for all.

Millions of diyas are lit up along the ghats of Varanasi on the night of Dev Diwali. It is said that these lights guide the gods to earth. But for people, the spectacle becomes even richer because the diyas take the shape of what they love the most. It’s a surreal time.
