We are pleased to welcome you to the Hyundai Mobility Experience (or HME, the Event), an exciting motor show organized by Hyundai Motor Philippines, Inc. (or HMPH, the Organizer) that highlights our latest innovations and provide an engaging experience for all our valued attendees. As part of your participation in this event, we wish to inform you of certain terms and conditions related to photography, video recording, and data privacy, as well as the protection of your confidential information
By participating in the Hyundai Mobility Experience, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded by HMPH (the Organizer) and its authorized representatives during the event. You agree that HMPH may use such photographs, videos, and recordings, for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to it being utilized for HMPH’s social media platforms and website.
You hereby grant HMPH, its affiliates, agents, licensees, and assigns, a worldwide, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to use, publish, distribute, and display the media in connection with the event for any legitimate purpose, including but not limited to promotional and marketing activities. You waive any right to inspect or approve the media before its use and any claims to royalties, compensation, or other payment arising from the use of the media.
In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), HMPH respects your privacy. By signing this waiver, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data (such as your name, contact information, image, and likeness) by HMPH for the purpose of documenting and executing the Hyundai Mobility Experience, as well as for marketing and promoting the facilitated activities.
