Subscribe myHyundai is a convenient subscription package all wrapped up in a single monthly payment where you choose a mileage tier to suit you. The subscription includes all your scheduled services, anti-perforation inspections, electric vehicle health checks, reduced insurance excess costs, free lost key replacement and roadside assistance in the UK and Europe.
All of this is available for drivers of an IONIQ 5, IONIQ 6 or KONA Electric or INSTER that’s less than 5 years old. If you don’t drive any of these models please keep checking in with your Hyundai retailer, as the service is being enhanced and will be made available for further Hyundai models. You will also need to have Bluelink activated with the app on your smartphone. You can find everything you need to know about Bluelink below.
Once you have subscribed, you’re covered recurringly each month until your Hyundai reaches 5 years old from its registration. An initial payment will be taken via a secure payment link, with all following payments taken by Direct Debit on the 1st of every month. All VAT invoices will be available to you in your Subscribe myHyundai online account.
What’s even better you’re not tied into a long-term contract and have the option to cancel at any time. Should you decide to re-subscribe within 30 days of cancelling, you won’t have to pay a re-activation fee either.
Yes, the Subscribe myHyundai services are covered by our entire network of UK retailers.
Subscribe myHyundai is flexible and built around you. You can increase or decrease your mileage tier any time to suit your driving habits. Simply call our dedicated team at the Hyundai Customer Experience Centre on 03443 460 124 and they will facilitate the switch for you, or manage this yourself within your Subscribe myHyundai portal.
Whichever tier you choose, the correct service intervals for your mileage will be calculated and covered.
Should the unfortunate happen and you need to make an insurance claim, call Hyundai First… first… and we’ll give you up to £250 cash back against any excess you had to pay to your insurer. Irrespective of who you’re insured by Hyundai First are available 24/7 and always on hand to help.

Yes that’s right. Whether you’ve lost it at a music festival or you’re blaming it on the dog, we promise to deliver you a free replacement key within 72 hours, to locations throughout the UK. Just please try not to lose it more than once over a rolling 12-month period, otherwise there would be an extra charge.
