The story so far...

At Hyundai, our Progress for Humanity philosophy drives us to create a better future for people and communities through innovation, sustainability, and education. In support of this mission, we’ve provided funding to help over 145,000 young people experience educational trips across the UK since launching the programme in 2022. By the end of this academic year, we’re aiming to have sent 160,000 children on school trips.

Venue Partners

This initiative gives children the chance to explore new places, learn about their culture, and discover the wonders of the UK, with the support of over 600 venue partners. Whether it's exploring iconic landmarks, enjoying the beauty of natural landscapes, or diving into the nation’s rich history, every trip offers valuable, real-world learning experiences that go beyond the classroom.

Educators in Residence

Over the past few years of the programme, Hyundai has been proud to receive support from esteemed Educators in Residence, including Tim Campbell MBE and Reggie Yates.

Ashley Andrew Interacting with students

School trips should provide some of the most exciting and memorable times for our young people. They help to bring their learning to life, encourage greater engagement and inspire their future ambitions. I know that’s what they did for myself and for my children. I firmly believe that they are an essential part of our young people’s development and something that every child should have access to.

As a company that strives to support humanity and to foster an ambitious next generation, we are delighted to have launched this pioneering initiative, which continues to deliver these life experiences as well as supporting teaching staff and parents
