1.            The Promoter

The Promoter is: Hyundai Motor UK, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 05446560) whose registered office is at Birchwood Building, Springfield Drive, Leatherhead KT22 7LP (the “Promoter”).

 

 

2.            The Competition

The title of the competition is: Everything Electric London Racing Sim Competition (the “Competition”).

 

 

3.            The Prize

The “Prize” is one of 3 MSV track experience in an IONIQ 5 N – comprising of the winner driving 3-5 laps of the track. The experience will be held from April till September 2025 at one of the six UK MSV Circuit.

3.1.        The Prize does not include travel to and from MSV circuit.

3.2.        The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of a similar nature or equivalent or greater value at any time. There is no cash alternative for the Prize.

3.3.        The Prize is not negotiable or transferable.

 

 

4.            How to enter

4.1.        The Competition will run during Everything Electric London 2025 - 10:00 on 16^th April 2025 (the “Opening Date”) to 16:00 on 18^th April 2025 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.

4.2.        All Competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 16:00 on the Closing Date. All Competition entries received after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified.

4.3.        To enter the Competition, entrants must fill out the entrance form at (URL Confirmed by Fusion)by the Closing Date.

4.4.        Entry into the Prize Draw is free (except for any applicable data usage charges).

4.5.        The Promoter will not accept:

(a)       responsibility for Competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

4.6.        By submitting a Competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

 

5.            Eligibility

5.1.        The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 25 years or above holding a full, current and clean UK or EU driving licence, except:

(a)       employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

(b)       employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration; or

(c)       members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above or

5.2.        The Promoter may ask each winner to provide proof of age.

5.3.        To participate in the Prize you confirm that:

(a)       You are the holder of a current UK driving licence permitting you to drive motor cars on UK highways;

(b)       You are over the age of 25 years

(c)       You have held a valid full driving licence for a minimum of 1 year;

(d)       You do not have 9 points or more on your driving licence or have had committed a major driving offence within the past 2 years.

5.4.        In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition.

5.5.        The Promoter will not accept Competition entries that are:

(a)       automatically generated by computer;

(b)       completed by third parties or in bulk;

(c)       illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or

5.6.        There is a limit of one entry to the Competition per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

5.7.        The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Competition.

5.8.        Competition entries cannot be returned.

 

 

6.            Health Declaration

6.1.         All winners  taking part in the MSV driving experience must sign a full Health Declaration and indemnity form upon arrival at the event.

6.2.        The minimum age to participate in a driving experience is 25 years old.

6.3.        Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn at all times during the event and the winners must wear glasses if required.

 

 

7.            Winners

7.1.        The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

7.2.        The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact each winner. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their Prize within 48 hours of the announcement date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.

7.3.        The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

 

 

8.            Claiming the Prize

8.1.        Winners will be contacted by the Promoter within five working days of the competition closing.

8.2.        The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact each winner. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their Prize within 48 hours of the announcement date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.

8.3.        The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize.

 

 

9.            Limitation of Liability

9.1.        Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9.2.        All vehicles available to drive at the event will be insured by the Promoter for use, in the UK only, by drivers authorised by the Promoter with a full, current UK or EU driving licence.  No contents insurance is provided.

 

 

10.          Data Protection and Publicity

10.1.      The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Notice available at https://www.hyundai.co.uk/legal/privacy.

10.2.      By participating in the event, you acknowledge and agree to grant the Promoter including any of its agents the right to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or subsequently developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you for the purpose of promoting the event, including any outcome, and promoting any products manufactured, distributed or supplied by the Promoter.

10.3.      The Promoter shall be the absolute owner of any and all photographs, film, video and other materials (and all rights therein, including the copyright) produced pursuant to these Conditions.

 

 

11.         General

11.1.      If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Competition.

11.2.      The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

11.3.      These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
