Intuitive Recognition
The HMGICS complex consists of independent volumes to do “Intuitive Recognition” of all functions based on each characteristics. The office/customer experience space located in the front side is 2 tower-type shapes and attracts people. The production facility is a single volume with a long shape and connected to a tower. The oval-shaped rooftop expresses vehicle speed as a hovering-type and is visually intriguing.
Tower
It attracts customers with a simple box-shaped appearance and transparent cover. They can see displayed vehicles through glazed curtain wall. The appearance of this complex is simple, but designed to make customers feel its magnificence.
Sky Track
It is a hovering-shape track designed to make visitors have visual curiosity. Visitors can see the structure as well as dynamic beauty. It will provide perfect driving experience based on design that meets local regulations such as a dent to prevent slide, Protective wall, sign.
Factory
It is a Mega Volume factory. The long-shaped design runs along the Bulim Avenue and has magnificence and speed.
Functional Eco
HMGICS to produce environmentally-friendly electric vehicles is aimed to use environmentally-friendly energy and green cover. The 2-tire roof is replaced by PV panels and green cover. PV panel is applied in the tower roof in order to use solar energy generation. Also, employees and visitors can enjoy a landscape in the rooftop.
