A quick look at the IONIQ family of electric vehicles.

We introduced the term IONIQ, which fuses “ion” and “unique”, when we created Project IONIQ, an R&D project for eco-friendly mobility. From there, we introduced the first IONIQ vehicle in 2016 – the world’s first model to offer 3 electrified powertrain options: hybrid, plug-in hybrid and battery electric. Now, dedicated solely to our next generation of electric vehicles, IONIQ represents our commitment to sustainability and is key to achieving our clean mobility goals.

Built on a cutting-edge new platform, this ground-breaking electric CUV features extensive use of Eco-materials for the interior, an advanced head-up display and is equipped with level 1.5 autonomous safety technology, is one of the few in its category with an 800V battery system, allowing ultra-fast charging capability. ¹

IONIQ 6

IONIQ 6, the new electrified streamliner, has been developed with form and function in mind. The perfectly rounded streamlined exterior is complimented perfectly by the spacious interior which boasts features such as dual ambient interior lighting and sustainable materials to create the feeling of a personal mindful cocoon.
