2009 ~ 2011
From 2009, Hyundai Motor developed its first innovative high-speed electric vehicle. The name represents Hyundai Motor's eco branding by combining the word "blue" with "on" from "start-on" and "switch-on." The car first made its debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2009 and was developed based on the strategic European model i10. Blue On has a maximum speed of 130 km/h and can run up to 140km after a full charge.
