Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions are for members and companies necessary to use the "'Hyundai ID' (tentative name)" provided by Hyundai Mobility (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") so that members can integrate the IDs of individual services and use them as one ID . Its purpose is to stipulate basic matters such as rights, duties and responsibilities, conditions of use and procedures between the parties.

Article 2 (Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions)
① These terms and conditions are effective for all members who wish to use 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name).
② The contents of these terms and conditions are posted on the Company’s website (www.hyundai.com, hereinafter referred to as the “website”) or notified to members through other means, and the terms and conditions shall take effect on members who have agreed to them sign up for 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name)..
③ The Company may change these terms and conditions if deemed necessary, and if the Company changes the terms and conditions, the date of application and the reason for the change shall be specified and announced 7 days prior to the date of application in the same manner as in paragraph 2. However, in the case of a change in terms and conditions unfavorable to the member, it will be notified 30 days prior to the effective date, and the member will be notified individually by e-mail or SMS. However, only in cases where individual notification is difficult due to the member's non-recording of contact information or non-correction after change, it is considered that individual notification has been made by making the notice in this section.
④ If the Company notifies the changed of terms and conditions in accordance with Paragraph 3, and the member does not express his/her intention to refuse or change the terms and conditions within 3 days, the member is deemed to have agreed to the changed of terms and conditions. However, members may stop using ‘Hyundai ID’ (tentative name) and terminate the contract of use if they do not agree to the changed terms and conditions by complying with Chapter 5. ⑤ Members must regularly visit the website operated by the Company to check for changes in the terms and conditions, if any. The Company does not take responsibility for damages caused by members who do not know about the changed of terms and conditions unless there is a reason attributable to them.
⑥ These terms and conditions apply to all services that can be accessed using ‘Hyundai ID’ (tentative name).

Article 3 (Rules outside the Terms and Conditions)
Regarding matters not specified in these terms and conditions, related Thai laws will be applied.

Article 4 (Definition of Terms)
① The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows.

7. Common management information: ‘Hyundai ID’ (tentative name) refers to the ID information and required input items entered by the member during the application process. When a member applies for use of individual services, common management information is automatically provided to individual services to simplify the application process. Depending on the type of individual service requested by the member, real name verification and identity verification information may be included.
8. Operator: A person selected by the company for overall management and smooth operation of ‘Hyundai ID’ (tentative name).
② The definitions of the terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations, except for those specified in Paragraph 1.

Chapter 2 ‘Hyundai ID’ (tentative name) usage agreement

Article 5 (Application for Membership)
Subscription application is made by the customer recording common management information in the subscription application form on the subscription screen of individual services or websites.

Article 6 (Establishment of contract)
① The contract for using ‘Hyundai ID’ (tentative name) is concluded when a person who wishes to become a member agrees to the terms and conditions and applies for membership, and the Company accepts it.
② The contract for using ‘Hyundai ID’ (tentative name) for children under the age of 20 is concluded when the child applies for subscription and the child’s legal representative (parents, etc.) agrees or ratifies to this transaction, and the Company approves the above application.

Article 7 (Approval of subscription application and restrictions on use of 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name))
① In principle, the Company approves the use of 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) to the applicant for membership pursuant to Article 5. However, the Company may withhold approval or refuse to accept the applications that fall under any of the following subparagraphs until the cause is resolved.
1. If it is impossible to provide 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) due to technical reasons
2. In the case of falsely applying for user registration, such as using another person's name or performing text message (SMS) authentication, universal public authentication, or credit card authentication without the permission of the mobile phone holder
3. In case of application by omitting or misspelling user registration information
4. In the event that the application is made for the purpose of hindering or hindering social well-being and order or morals
5. If the Company has not completed the authentication process, such as e-mail approval or text message (SMS) authentication
6. If a child under the age of 20 has not obtained consent from a legal representative for the collection and use of personal information
7. In case a member who has been suspended from membership by the company voluntarily terminates the use contract during the period of action and applies for re-use
8. If it is confirmed that it is an illegal membership application or if the Company cannot accept it due to the member's responsibility
② The Company may classify the qualifications of members according to the criteria set by the Company, and depending on the qualifications of the members, part of the use of 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) may be restricted.

Article 8 (Correction of information)
If the information entered at the time of registration is changed, the member must modify it according to the form and method specified by the company. The Company is not responsible for any problems caused by the member's failure to correct the changes in a timely manner, unless there is a cause attributable to the Company.

Chapter 3 Using 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name)

Article 9 (provision of 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name))
The contents of services provided by 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) in conjunction with individual services by the Company are as follows.
1. Integrated ID: Members can use the Company's individual services using one ID and password issued by signing up for 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name).
2. Services provided by other companies

Article 10 (Initiation of provision of 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name))
① The Company provides 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) from the time the member's application for use is accepted. However, in the case of some services provided by 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name), the service is provided from the designated date.
② If the Company cannot provide 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) due to business or technical obstacles, it will be posted on the website or notified to members.

Article 11 (Usage hours of 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name))
In principle, the use of 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) may be suspended for business or technical reasons of the Company, and 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) may be suspended for a period set by the Company for operational purposes. In this case, the company will notify you without delay before or after.

Article 12 (Change and suspension of 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name))
① If the service content needs to be changed, such as when the Company adds services provided to members in accordance with Article 19, paragraph 1, or reduces services due to unavoidable reasons such as poor service use, you can notify members and change the contents of the service in the manner set forth in Article 19.
② The Company may limit or suspend all or part of the services provided by 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) in the following cases.
1. In unavoidable cases due to construction such as repair of facilities for 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name)
2. If a member interferes with the Company's business activities
If there is a problem with the normal use of 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) due to power outages, failure of various facilities, or congestion of usage
3. In the event that 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) cannot be maintained due to various circumstances of the Company, such as business judgment, termination of contracts with affiliates, government orders/regulations, etc.
4. In case of force majeure such as natural disaster or national emergency
③ In the case of suspension of 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) pursuant to Paragraph 2, the Company notifies the user in the manner specified in Article 19. However, this is not the case if advance notice is not possible due to suspension of 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) due to reasons beyond the Company's control (disk failure, system down, etc. without the operator's intention or negligence).
④ The Company shall not be held liable for any problems arising from the change or suspension of 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) pursuant to this section unless there is a cause attributable to the Company.

Article 13 (Provision of Information and Posting of Advertisements)
① When the Company operates 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name), various information related to 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) is posted on the website or on the screen providing 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) or, subject to the extent allowed by laws, sent by e-mail or letter , short/long text message (SMS/MMS), and push message to the app of the service provided by the Company .
② When the Company operates 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name), the Company posts various advertisements related to the Company or other companies on the website or on the screen providing 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name), or, subject to the extent allowed by laws, by e-mail with the member's consent. , postal mail, short/long text messages (SMS/MMS), push messages for apps provided by the Company, and telemarketing (TM).
③ It is a matter between the member and the advertiser if the member communicates or makes a transaction by using the advertisement in accordance with Paragraph 2 or participating in the advertiser's promotional activities through 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name). If a dispute or other problem arises between a member and an advertiser, the member and the advertiser must resolve it, and the Company will not be held liable unless there is a cause attributable to it.

Chapter 4 Obligations of Contracting Parties

Article 16 (Obligations of the company)
① The Company does not provide, disclose, or distribute the member's personal information acquired in connection with the provision of 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) to a third party without the consent of the member. However, this is not the case if the company has lawful basis according to the provisions of the applicable laws, such as a request from a related agency for investigation purposes under the relevant laws and regulations.
② In relation to work, the Company may create and use the personal information of all or part of the member as statistical data that cannot distinguish the information of a specific member without the member's prior consent, and may transmit cookies to the member's computer for this purpose under the Cookies Policy [link to Cookies Policy].
③ The Company must promptly process complaints from members related to 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name), and if it is difficult to process quickly, the reason and processing schedule will be posted on the 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) screen or E -Notify the member through e-mail, etc.
④ In the event that a member suffers damages due to the 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) provided by the Company, the Company’s liabilities are limited only if such damages are caused intentionally or negligently by the Company.
⑤ The Company complies with laws related to the operation and maintenance of 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name), such as laws telecommunication business, personal data protection, computer crime, trade secret etc. PDPA.

Article 17 (Obligations of Members)
① When using 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name), members must not engage in any of the following acts.
1. Entering false information when applying for or changing use, stealing or fraudulently using another member's ID and password, using another person's name, or text message (SMS) authentication, universal authentication, or credit without the owner's permission or the act of performing card authentication, etc.
2. Copying, distributing, or commercially using information obtained using the Company's 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) without prior consent from the Company and affiliates
3. Acts that damage or disadvantage others' reputation
4. Infringement of copyright and other rights of the Company or a third party
5. Distributing information, sentences, figures, voices, etc. that violate public order and morals to others
6. An act of registering or distributing Computer virus infection data that causes malfunction or information destruction and confusion of equipment related to 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name)
7. Information that may intentionally interfere with the operation of 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) or the stable operation of 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name), and advertising information or spam mail against the recipient's explicit intention to reject receiving sending spam messages
8. Acts of pretending to be others and falsely specifying the relationship with others
9. Collecting, storing and disclosing personal information of other members
10. An act of distributing false information for the purpose of giving property benefits to oneself or others or causing damage to others
11. Gambling or gambling with property
12. Arranging prostitution or distributing information that mediates fornication
13. Interfering with the daily life of the other party by continuing to reach the other party with words, sounds, texts, images or videos that cause shame, disgust or fear
14. Changing the information posted on the website or on the 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) provision screen
15. Transmission or posting of information (including computer programs) whose transmission or posting is prohibited by relevant laws and regulations
16. Disguising or impersonating an employee or operator of the Company or its affiliates, or stealing someone else's name to post or send e-mails or messages
17. An act of posting, e-mailing, or sending material containing software viruses, other computer codes, files, and programs designed to disrupt or destroy the normal operation of computer software, hardware, and telecommunications equipment.
18. Harassing other members such as stalking
19. Other illegal activities
② Members must comply with related laws, the provisions of this agreement, user guide, notices announced on the website or 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) provision screen, matters notified by the Company and related companies, and other companies or related companies. Members must not do anything that interferes the company’s work.
③ Members cannot engage in business activities to sell products using 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name), unless officially recognized by the Company and related companies. You cannot illegally distribute commercial software. The Company is not responsible for the results and losses of business activities caused by violation of this, legal measures such as arrest by related organizations, unless there is a cause attributable to it, and the member at fault suffers damages to the Company in relation to such acts obliged to indemnify.
④ Members must update immediately when there is a change in registration information. If the registration information and updated registration information provided by the member is incorrect, or if the other member has performed the act specified in paragraph 1 of this Article, the Company prohibits the use of the member's ID in accordance with Article 21 of the 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) terms and conditions can be limited or stopped.

Article 18 (Obligations and Responsibilities for Member ID and PASSWORD Management)
① Members are responsible for the consequences of negligent management and illegal use of member IDs and passwords, and the Company is responsible for problems arising from reasons attributable to the Company, such as Company system failures.
Members should not allow a third party to use their ID and Password, and if they are aware that their ID and Password are stolen or used by a third party, they must notify the Company and related companies immediately. If notified and guided by the Company and related companies, you must follow them.
②In order to prevent the spread of damages due to leakage of personal information, the member must perform the password change procedure after self-authentication according to the Company's password operation policy, and if the password change procedure is not performed according to the Company's password operation policy login may be restricted to protect member's personal information.
③ The member's ID cannot be changed without the Company's prior consent.

Article 19 (Notification to Members)
When notifying a member, the Company can do so through the e-mail address or SMS registered by the member.
① The Company may post on the website or the 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) provision screen if it is difficult for the member to notify individually because the contact information has not been listed or has been changed, or when the Company announces to a number of unspecified members in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Article 20 (Change and Protection of Personal Information)
① Members must immediately amend the changes with the latest information when the information entered at the time of application for use is changed. However, items that cannot be changed, such as real names, cannot be modified.
② Damages caused by information that has not been modified in accordance with Paragraph 1 are borne by the member, and the Company is not responsible for this unless there is a cause attributable to it.
The Company does not use the member's information for purposes other than providing 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) and individual services, or provide it to a third party, if the consent of the member is obtained. However, the following cases are exceptions.③
1. If there are lawful basis according to the provisions under the applicable laws.
2. When a member is unable to express his/her intention or cannot obtain prior consent from a member due to unknown address, etc., and it is deemed absolutely necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a member or a third party or individual cannot be identified as necessary for statistical writing, academic research, etc.
④The Company strives to protect the personal information of members, including member registration information, in accordance with the applicable personal data protection and other relevant laws and regulations. Regarding the protection of the member's personal information, the related laws and the Company's personal information processing under the Privacy Policy [link to. Privacy Policy] are followed.
⑤ In principle, the Company performs tasks such as processing and management of collected personal information (hereinafter referred to as “Work”) by itself, but if necessary, part or all of the Work may be entrusted to an organization selected by the Company. Matters concerning the entrustment of personal information are subject to the relevant laws and the Privacy Policy as set forth by the Company .

Chapter 5 Contract Termination and Restrictions on Use

Article 21 (Termination of Contract and Restriction on Use)
① If a member wishes to terminate the contract for the use of 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name), he or she must apply for cancellation to the Company through the website or a separate method of use determined by the Company.
② The Company may immediately terminate the contract for or suspend the use of 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) without prior notice if the member does not fulfill the member's obligations stipulated in Article 17.
The members who have been granted an ID and Password by signing a contract can also be restricted to 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) according to the member's qualifications.
③ Members may file an objection to the Company's actions in Paragraphs 2 and 5 of this Article according to the procedure set by the Company.
④If the objection in Paragraph 4 of this Article is justified, the Company will immediately resume using the 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name).

Article 22 (Prohibition of Transfer)
Members cannot transfer or give the right to use 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) or other status under the contract of use to others.

Chapter 6 Compensation for Damages, etc.

Article 23 (Compensation for damages)
① If a member or company violates the provisions of these terms and conditions and causes damages to the other party, the party violating these terms and conditions must compensate the other party for all damages.
② If the Company receives various objections, including claims for damages or lawsuits from a third party other than the member, due to a member's illegal act or violation of these terms and conditions while using 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name), the cause is not attributable. The member who is at fault must indemnify the Company at his/her own responsibility and expense , and the member at fault must compensate the Company for damages caused by it.

Article 24 (Disclaimer)
① The Company is exempted from responsibility for providing 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) if it is unable to provide 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
② The Company shall not be held responsible for the use of 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) due to reasons attributable to the member unless there is a cause attributable to the Company.
③ The Company is not responsible for the loss of profits expected by the member using 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) unless there is a cause attributable to it, and is not responsible for damages caused by data obtained through 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name).
The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes between members or between members and a third party via 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name) unless there is a cause attributable to the Company, and is not responsible for compensating for damages caused therefrom.

Article 25 (Competent Court)
① In the event of a dispute between the company and a member regarding the use of 'Hyundai ID' (tentative name), the Company and the member conscientiously consult to resolve the dispute.
② If the dispute is not resolved even through the consultation in Paragraph 1 of this Article is occurred, both parties may file a lawsuit, etc. to the Court of Thailand and the Court of Thailand shall be the exclusive jurisdiction for the first trial.




(Effective Date)
These terms and conditions are effective from March 22 , 2023 .
