Interested customers who subscribed to the Hyundai N Pre-Booking Page will receive first-hand communication to place a reservation based on the Hyundai N model chosen during pre-booking. Hyundai Motor Philippines or the Hyundai N authorized Dealers will start contacting you for reservation as early as April 12, 2024. All reservations made and confirmed thereafter, including as to variant and color specifications, will be considered as confirmed and final reservation.

Yes. During the reservation process, a non-refundable reservation fee in the amount of one hundred thousand pesos (Php 100,000) is required to be settled with Hyundai N authorized Dealers to have a confirmed and final reservation. The non-refundable reservation fee will form part of the purchase price.

Yes. Other than full payment schemes, Hyundai Motor Philippines’ Hyundai Finance program will have financing options through our partner financing institutions, BDO, BPI or EastWest Bank. You may visit his page: https://www.hyundai.com/ph/en/hyundai-finance/about for a sample computation.

We wish to ensure a holistic ownership experience for N customers so the following can be expected (subject to other warranty terms and conditions):

Units are estimated to arrive three (3) to four (4) months after confirmed orders. Updates on reserved orders and status shall be provided accordingly by Hyundai Motor Philippines or the designated Hyundai N authorized Dealer.

Test drives may soon be available at Hyundai N authorized Dealerships. In the meantime, there are several N brand experiences and spaces which will be prepared in the next months. Details for these will be released at the Hyundai Motor Philippines website and official social media pages.

Customer’s proximity to Hyundai N authorized dealerships is not a pre-requisite nor should be a concern to purchasing the N Brand models. Appropriate delivery arrangements and aftersales activities will be made available for N Brand customers.

Hyundai N authorized Dealerships will provide access to and accommodate aftersales services and parts needs, more particularly in Luzon area. They will also provide N-trained technicians who will be fielded to accommodate aftersales services and parts requirements of our N Customers in the Visayas and Mindanao region. N-trained technicians will be capable of directly addressing repairs, preventive maintenance service (PMS) and other related activities for N Customers.
